1. General Terms

By using cozyorbit.space, you confirm you're 18+ (or have guardian consent), provide accurate information, and accept our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of fraud or policy violations.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, colors may vary due to screen settings. All prices are in INR and subject to change. If an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced, we'll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Orders & Payment

⚠️ We currently accept PREPAID ORDERS ONLY. Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

Payment Methods: Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI) and UPI Direct Payment. All transactions are secure; we don't store payment info.

Order Cancellation: Cancel before shipping by emailing support@cozyorbit.space with your order number. Full refund in 5-7 business days if not shipped. After shipping, follow our return policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Partners: Delhivery and India Post. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Important: Ensure your address is accurate. Contact us within 24 hours to update; after shipping, changes aren't possible. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect addresses. International shipping currently unavailable.

5. Returns & Refunds

✅ Easy 5-Day Returns from delivery - completely hassle-free!

Return Reasons: Wrong product, damaged/defective items, or size issues (exchange subject to availability).

Non-Returnable: Used/washed/altered products, hygiene items (innerwear, lingerie, swimwear), items with missing tags/packaging, sale/clearance items (unless defective).

How to Return: Email support@cozyorbit.space within 5 days with your order number and issue details. For wrong/damaged products, share an unboxing video/photo. We'll arrange FREE pickup within 3-4 days.

Exchanges: Size exchanges are free and subject to availability. If unavailable, we'll process a full refund.

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection, returned via original payment method (Razorpay/UPI). May take additional 5-10 days to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping: 100% FREE for all returns and exchanges - no questions asked!

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is property of Cozy Orbit™ and protected by law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

Don't engage in fraud, hacking, or illegal activities on our platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, delivery delays beyond our control, allergic reactions (check product descriptions first), or technical issues. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and use your data per our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your info to third parties.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use means you accept the updates.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to Indian courts. Please contact us first to resolve issues amicably.
