Easy 5-Day Returns

We offer a hassle-free 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us!

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Received: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or with manufacturing defects.
  • Size Issues: If the size doesn't fit, we'll arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Important Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof if claiming wrong or damaged product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your product:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@cozyorbit.space with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Share Unboxing Video: If you received the wrong or damaged product, please share an unboxing video showing the issue. This helps us process your return faster.
  3. Approval: Once we review your request and video (if applicable), we'll approve your return within 24-48 hours.
  4. Pickup Arrangement: After approval, we'll arrange a pickup from your address within 24-48 hours at no extra cost.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges for Size Issues

If the size doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for you!

Exchange Process

  • Contact us at support@cozyorbit.space within 5 days of delivery.
  • Mention the size you'd like to exchange to.
  • We'll arrange a pickup and send the correct size (subject to availability).
  • Exchange is free of cost for the first time.

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, we'll process a full refund instead.

4. Refund Policy

We process refunds once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Credit to Account: Depending on your payment method, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI).
  • We do not offer cash refunds or store credit at this time.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you received a wrong or damaged product, we sincerely apologize! Here's what to do:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: As soon as you receive your order, record a clear unboxing video showing the product and packaging.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@cozyorbit.space with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the wrong or damaged product
    • Description of the issue
  3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours and send you the correct product or process a full refund.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it's shipped.

How to Cancel

  • Contact us at support@cozyorbit.space with your order number.
  • If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll cancel it and process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return after delivery instead.

8. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Free Return Pickup: If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we'll arrange free pickup.
  • Size Exchange: First exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping charges.
  • Change of Mind: If you're returning due to personal preference (not wrong/damaged product), return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
