Your order will be delivered within 10-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your perfect piece!

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Here's what happens after you place your order:
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email immediately after successful payment.
- Preparation & Quality Check: We carefully prepare and check your order.
- Dispatch: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
- Delivery: Your package arrives within 10-12 business days!
5. How to Track Your Order
Tracking your order is easy:
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
- Click the link to see real-time updates on your package's location.
- You can also contact us at support@cozyorbit.space if you need help tracking your order.
6. Where We Deliver
Currently, we deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes covered by our shipping partners (Delhivery and India Post).
Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas
If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days. We'll notify you if there are any delays.
7. What If There's a Delay?
While we do our best to deliver on time, sometimes delays happen due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Public holidays or regional festivals
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at support@cozyorbit.space, and we'll help track it down!
8. What If I'm Not Home for Delivery?
If you're unavailable during delivery:
- The courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times.
- You'll receive a call or SMS from the courier before delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Pro Tip: Keep an eye on your tracking updates and be available during the estimated delivery window!
9. Address Correction
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
- If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable.
10. Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding soon! Stay tuned. 🌍
11. How We Pack Your Order
We take extra care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition:
- Each item is carefully folded and packed in protective packaging.
- Your package is sealed securely to protect it from moisture and dirt.
When your package arrives, please record an unboxing video. This helps us resolve any issues quickly if something goes wrong!
12. Payment & Shipping
We currently accept prepaid orders only (Razorpay, UPI). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Your order will be processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
